The header had University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture, agriculture, and growing which isn't as ranked as highly as University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. The next words the site used was ag. farming was also included but might not be viewed by web engines.
